Gently winding roads and courts accented by Belgian block curbing lead to 227 individual (fee simple) single-level homes on landscaped lots. Many lots back up to woods or undeveloped common areas. Four basic floorplan models ranging from 1,200 to 1,900 sq. ft. were introduced when the community was built between 1998 – 2001. All homes have one or two-car garages and rear patios, and most have converted to natural gas.

Friendly neighbors gather at our luxurious Clubhouse featuring a Billiard Room, Card Room, Fitness Center, Library, Club Meeting/Craft Room, and a Great Room with Kitchen for social events and group activities. Free bus transportation is available for weekly trips to grocery stores, and bi-monthly trips to local malls and shopping centers. Clubs, Social Activities, and Trips on our community bus reflect the varied interests of our residents. Taxes and maintenance fees are much less than other prestige communities. Our HOA provides general lawn maintenance, snow removal, garbage and recycling pickup, and maintenance of common areas.
